Experience a new kind of immersive horror in Dreadhalls!

You are trapped deep inside a massive dungeon. Explore it, survive it, and find a way to escape. Your only weapons will be stealth, your own courage, and a faint light.

Inspired by the survival horror and roguelike genres, Dreadhalls has been terrorizing people ever since its debut at the 2013 Oculus + Indiecade VR Jam.

Dreadhalls is an intense and scary experience, not for the faint of heart. You have been warned!

With the latest update I am now able to enjoy this game on my Google daydream/galaxy S8 combo. Dreadhalls being one of the most talked about games in the VR world had me eagerly and sometimes impatiently waiting for its arrival to the Google daydream platform. And I am here now to tell you I'm not disappointed! Being relatively new to the world of VR, I have been spending the last month trying to catch up on everything not only related to VR but specifically to the Google daydream platform. It has at times been a trying task and others a real pleasurable glimpse at what's to come. I have tried dozens of games and apps, both free and paid for, and I can say in all honesty that Dreadhalls is my first VR experience that has me simply enjoying VR without looking past the "now". I am thoroughly and terrifyingly enjoying every moment of this deliciously fully immersive experience. If there was ever a game on the daydream platform (or any VR platform) that will simply have you enjoying VR for what it is now, Dreadhalls is it. Thus far it is the best money I have spent on any VR game and perhaps the only one worth every penny in my library! Best regards, Ron. Full Review

The most terrifying horror survival game in current state. The atmosphere and the ambient sounds are pretty scary, randomly generated map means no one could tell which way is the right way, limited FoV which you can only see things in short distance, all these elements combined together make this game a ultimate horror survival game. And now the sounds made by the monsters is much more accurate than before, it can help you know where the monsters could be and avoid them, but on the other hand it also makes this game creepier than before. Anyway, if you like horror survival game, this game is golden. If you want to test someone's braveness, this game is good to test that! Full Review

Dreadhalls is, seriously, the scariest game I've ever played. VR horror is hard to describe. You really do need to experience virtual reality for yourself to fully understand how immersive and transformative it can be. You aren't looking at a flat TV screen controlling a character. You are the character and you are in that world. VR tricks your brain into feeling things, such as the cold, damp air in the claustrophobic dungeon corridors. This game can paralyze you. This game will make your heart race. This game will make you feel true fear. No other horror game has ever affected me like this before. It's easily a 'must buy'! Full Review

First game I played on occulus touch. It really got me into VR. The daydream version is just as good! Been playing till my phone overheat and waited a bit to start over. Playing on a pixel 1 on daydream (1st gen) and it plays around 30-45 minutes before starting to get really hot but still playable. Best daydream app available. Full Review
