If you like going nowhere very slow this is the game for you. After purchasing two bundles one of which doubles your resource capacity, upgrading all of the resource, you have to spend weeks farming tiles in order to upgrade your castle or do any research. If you're RICH AF you might enjoy this. But each bundle you get just increases the cost from $5 to $20 to $100. I don't have $100 to spend on a phone game so can't tell you if it goes up again Full Review

Someone needs to be fired or at least schooled on currency exchange rates. They offer 2 packs for 5 and 20 then except for rare sales which offer 49 and 79 dollar packs everything is 100 dollars google should step in and pull this game off the google play market for a square enix licensed product they have enough backing to have actual microtransactions not be a game exclusive to rich people who use 100 dollar bills as toilet paper... The best part of a game is the lore, authenticity, plot, quests and rewards not letting aside the humor. This game lacks a few key ingredients and the fact that just real life $ dictates your game play... totally makes it prone to fail. You deal with players who will get bored buying everything easy or players quitting because they don't want to spend real $ on a phone game with no lore, continuity or value per se. Full Review

I have played this game for a while, it is addictive and fun, have met some really cool people on here, but I don't like how it's a pay to win game. I may not be staying on it much longer if things don't change on it. The chat you can't delete so when scrolling up it freezes my phone up, any packages you may want to buy are super expensive, and not worth it. Everything that could be fun costs real money which is making the game a lot less fun, you can't hatch chocobos, or level a new hero without spending money. Which is why I dropped my rating. They lead you into a false sense of security with first 10 levels. Progression becomes exponentially slower with each level, and even grinding yields no payout. The play-to-win players are so massively overpowered that when they begin to raid for heroes and resources, regular players can't advance at all. There is no balance in this game whatsoever. It seems like fun at first, but that drops off quickly with each additional level. Full Review

I wish you here were more opportunities to earn things like items and resources. Also, you need to hold more special events to promote the game, like special events and prizes or giveaways for super good packs for super cheap. Or you should teased people for being super loyal since the beginning, like me.... Lol Full Review

Love the game, great graphics, easy to level up. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5*'s is the constant crashing, at first I thought it was my device until I read some of the other comments. Fix that and you'll have a totally awesome game! Full Review

As a completely new player, I literally have never played final fantasy or anything like this before on any platform, it's pretty neat. Very interactive with other players and the response time from the game itself is very good. Never a lag. Graphics would be better if they could be bigger in size. But I'm playing on a phone not a tablet stop that could be my issue lol. Tutorial could have done a little better of job setting up background story and explaining game play. I.e. what the actual objective is. But like I said I'm a total noob here so I had no idea what this was about. Sorry this was a long review lol. Over all pretty awesome game didn't think I'd stick with it but here I am unable to pull myself away from it. Full Review

Its fun and interesting, the biggest issue I have with it is that if you buy 2 gold packs the price goes up to $100 and there are no options to buy ANY cheaper ones. I'd buy alot more gold if there were cheaper options, but most people like myself can't afford $100 to blow on mobile game. Fix this! When this is fixed I will upgrade my rating. Other than that its a good game. Full Review

A giant ad! 104 euro to buy resources and power ups!? 104 euro! Your constantly bombed with ads, they ad cool new features but you must pay 104 euro to unlock them, think of all that before you play. One more thing, this is a war game with no actual fighting, all the guilds have non aggressive pacts, in fact attacking other people in this game is considered rule breaking to the large guilds and they will write you very angry mails if you attack others. Love the game and very addictive. However..... your purchasing things needs work. First purchase: $5, second purchase: $20, third purchase $50, fourth purchase: $100. There is NO option to purchase smaller 'packs'. I think i should be able to make additional $20 purchases instead of my next one MUST BE $50 or more. I cannot afford that at least right now and then $100 after that. I could make $20 purchases and WOULD make them occasionally if i had the opportunity. So eventually when it takes me months and months to upgrade one single building, it will not be woth the time to play anymore and will end up uninstalling. I have been playing Final Fantasy series since the Nindendo days and FF has gracefully consumed my life. Hopefully this one gets fixed to continue playing. Full Review

Constant app reset/shutdown on its own. Chat glitches constantly. Item glitches. Very bad lag time. Anything new has to be bought with real money. Never able to unlock with gameplay. I can't ignore this anymore... the prices for "DLC" aka extra buildings for your empire is just ridiculous. $99.99 dollars to build a Mythic Forge. $99.99 dollars to build a Monster Farm. $99.99 dollars to build Mercenary Fighting Pits. I could practically buy a new PS4, FFXV, and a season pass for the price of this mediocre pay-to-win mobile game. How do they sleep at night?! Full Review

Space on every screen is dedicated to ads. The tutorial takes too long and you can't escape it. A lot of time is spent navigating from one menu to another (telling a building to do something is 3+ layers deep). Combat is super slow (one attack per day at the start). They did a nice job animating this game as they should for the 100's of thousands they make a day. After you buy the first 2 items from them they all cost $100 a piece after that and no you can not grow without buying them after a certain point for example once you reach citadel 21 you can not sure enough to buy the next upgrade so you have to purchase it and no no one is going to send you 500mil stone they mined as that would take over a year then to top that off if you do buy a pack they'll show you one and then once purchased they switch the pack to what they think you should have. not what you bought and they will not help you ever with purchases they just tell you sorry better luck next time. So DO NOT Play unless you plan to spend a lot of money like 10k or more or you plan on playing to level 20ish and quit Full Review

An extreme version of pay to win. If you want to be a top player. Be prepared to drop 1k in the first 6 months. I am very experienced with these types of games. And with new events constantly requiring a new purchase. (After your third purchase any pack is $100.00) and the fact that even to unlock all your buildings it would take $700.00. This game is a giant money grab. Spend your money elsewhere. Full Review

This game may as well be a panzi scheme. Unless you are a player that dumps literally 1000's of dollars you cannot compete. Anything you buy on the game is 100$. Certain buildings 100$, materials to use building 100$ and so on. If you like looking at timers and spending a lot of money on a subpar game this is for you. Also this is not and strategic game, if you do not haved thousands of dollars to expend you will be in ss brutal disadvantage. Game forces you to spend money like literally... You have a maximum capacity of 1 million stones but the upgrades and research requires 2 million... so how do you get stones? Beg for it , or spend 5 days to send troop to get it ... if you are lucky you don't get attacked and repeat for metal ,gils and energy then you can finally get a upgrade which stats are so insignificant compared to the resources spend... OR you can spend money to buy gold which is what the game is forcing you to do... so please do not download this... they put false advertising on tapjoy too ... the moment you got the level they remove the offer making you play this game for no reason. If you have thousands of dollars to waist, yes I said thousands, then this is your game. After weeks of grinding away to lose everything to some credit card warriors is major bs. Packs to purchase increase drastically. $5-$20-$100 and up. The developers are taking in the money due to this improper power balance, an obviously have no intention to correct it. This game started off good, you very quickly start to realise when you start playing if you don't have a huge bank balance you can't play this game. The development team has tailored all of the Realms to maximise profit so they take out Monsters and certain things in the game that you need to evolve and force you to pay for them. You even have to pay to enter the realm events, or some of them anyway. it is also incredibly difficult to creat an account. And you can't contact support for advise without an account, It isn't worth your stress levels and trouble downloading this. trust me. And lastly.. ALL EVENTS ARE TAILORED FOR A SINGLE WORLD LOCATION!! If you are not in that part of the world, dont bother. You will never be able to take part in events... you will only be allowed to gather. Fun dies pretty quickly Full Review
