    App looks great and you have worked very well over the exercising animation. But the problem is that you havent wrote the benefits of the the exercises. Like what would a particular exercise do to our body. Also most of the exercises are for ppl having few pounds extra. For very obese ppl not much given in the app though legs exercises seems good except jumping because ir coukd hard knees at early stages of weight loss.     I was a gym freak back in the days but I have put on lot of weight recently and lost all flexibility. I have gone through so many apps available on play store but this is by far the best one to start training with. The best part is You don't need any equipments.     I think the workouts are good, they definitely tax my body. I'm only doing beginner and it is challenging which came as a surprise to me because I generally thought of myself as fit.     So far its a brilliant way too work out. I'm 6ft 2 and 87kg I barely work out normally. The first chest set I did with great difficulty I managed to finish it and my arms hurt for 3 days. 2nd time I tried it 4 days later I really struggled couldn't do half as much as the first time. Will update my results in a month when I look like an Adonis... Full Review

    Overall I like the exercises and how they are presented. I think it's well-designed, user-friendly and presents a great challenge for a home workout. However, where it says "full body workout" I think it's lacking work on very important muscles like biceps and totally ignores leg workout! That's something that should be included for a REAL full body workout for sure! Full Review

    It's a well organized and progressive app. You can go at your own pace throughout the majority of the app. Other than the challenges, you can choose to focus on areas you'd like to at any time. The fact that it syncs with the Google fit app is also a plus. Full Review

    I'd like it if it gave me a few seconds to get into position for the next exercise, or at least instead of showing me the exercise I just did, show the next so I can get into position befire I hit "ok".     In the full body workout by day 10 there is still no sign of leg workout. You can't see the workout plan for the next day, and as far as have trained it's like : abdominals? Easy. backs?     Have tried all sorts of training apps over the years and this one really stands out as excellent. Using text to voice means no need to download extensive videos and voice samples thereby saving space. The training plans themselves are very progressive and sessions are short enough for me to complete in the morning before heading to work without getting up too much earlier. Highly recommended!     Im someone that likes calisthenics and have been working out for a while now, so when O downloaded the app and saw the exercises I thought that they were too easy. I gave it a shot and it turned out that I felt that my muscles were being worked out all exactly were i wanted. Ita a nice app. Dont see any downside to it.     It's a really good app except for the fact that the beginner level is for people who are already somewhat in shape. It's not for people like my wife who are overweight and looking to get into shape. I've been exercising for years and I am barely at the beginner level according to this app. Needs a less difficult beginner level for actual beginners and I'll rate it higher. Full Review

    I'm currently doing the full body challenge. Its 4 weeks, one workout a day. They are fast and you can do a little more reps if you feel like it. It is nice to have some structure and a notification telling me to be active for a few minutes a day. Full Review

Well the reason for 3* is that it missed out on one important feature to store the progress in the cloud.After uninstalling this app I can't find my progress , so eventually have to start my plan again It would be a great help if you add such feature to store previous sessions .
