Down from 5 to 3 stars because they have zero support. I paid to subscribe and connect Chamberlain MyQ garage door app to Ifttt. MyQ app says subscription is active. But when I press connect in Ifttt it just open the MyQ app and doesn't connect. MyQ troubleshooters worked with me and say the issue is with ifttt. Ifttt doesn't have a help line and they don't respond to service emails even though they say they will. Ridiculous. I'm cancelling the paid connection until they figure this out. Very disappointed. The applet to post instagram pic as native photos on instagram keeps failing me. ive even tried the other applets that do the same thing. still fails. it only worked the first 2 times when i was testing it. Can someone help me out? is it the character limit on twitter? shouldnt the applet auto fix that, like cut it out or smtg? Full Review

Can't seem to get this to work at all - a simple recipe of switching WiFi on when location detects me at home doesn't work. Had similar problems before on a previous phone but thought it might be a problem with GPS on that device. Evidently it's not and a problem with the app instead. Shall be uninstalling Full Review

Could be a brilliant app but the applets fail to work far too often. If got location based WiFi apps that only work every couple of days and I've given up relying on it to set an alarm. If the app was more stable and worked every thing it would be excellent. Full Review

Set up multiple applets to run when I arrive at work: one turns on WiFi, the other turns off the ringer. When I arrive at work, one runs, the other doesn't. Pointless to be able to do half a job Full Review

This app has a great idea, but doesn't execute it very well. It often doesn't work and the options are limited. I wanted to make it so that my lights would turn on at a certain time, however it didn't work after testing it 5 times. Great idea, poor execution. Full Review

I'm not sure if it's the recipe or the phone GPS but it can be a bit hit or miss. Though, it would be nice if you knew if you had a recipeI that overwrite another. Also, I've had to send many feedback report because its crashing while in the background. Edit. There is less crashes this could be do to me having a newer phone. However, I'm ran into an issue in which the applet state that they've ran but there is no effect on my phone. Full Review

The must have app for anyone who uses any smart home devices or just wants to automate anything in their tech lives. I have used IFTTT for years but recently started using the app again since getting a Google Home. It is great for filling in the gaps in a device's native functionality and great for designing your own commands. You do need to learn how to use it and whilst is it user-friendly the more complicated recipies do meet so work! This app ofcourse is at the mercy of whichever third party service is used so I would suggest a lot of the negative points in the reviews on here are down to them not IFTTT! Highly recommend this app. Full Review

I think the app is great but the first thing I noticed and wish it had was "if this and this then that" functionality. That alone would open up so many possibilities. Still great and has already made some nice improvements. Full Review

I think that the applets on this app are cool and pretty handy. There are some that do not fit my lifestyle, but that would be true for most people. The things that a smartphone can do are becoming truly amazing. I am finding some usefulness in these applets and I will probably find more. I believe that most people should try this app. Have a BLESSED YEAR!!! Full Review

The app has a lot of functionality and is well designed, although I feel like the app uses up a lot more space than needed with the large text and big paddings. I have trouble with applets relating to location l, where applets would triggered when undesired so I stopped using location, is there location radius? I currently use SMS applets and uppj triggering, I would go to my texting app and see that the app had erroscwith sending the messages. Full Review

Such a great idea that is super useful for me. Thanks for not putting on limits. Please put your effort on better speed and reliability. VoIP takes 30-60 minutes to arrive and there is no ringing half of the time. Even Maker events are not instant (they take up to an hour to arrive on Android notification) Full Review
