Super convenient bar code scanner. Lots of options under food and exercise make it really accurate to what you are doing. Love that you can add in your own recipes to count there's even some suppliments available. The only way this could be better is if it tracked your vitamin intake as well, but i love that it breaks down what you are eating by fats, carbs, and proteins. Helps make better choices of what you are consuming, not just how much Full Review

It is good enough I am considering upgrading. If I do upgrade will it track net carbs if I choose one of the keto diet plans? Also it would be nice if it could sync with JETFIT Full Review

It is an interesting app. I think that the food search needs some further work as it is very hard to search for food especially if you aren't in the US. A bar code scanner would be a good addition and would ensure better accuracy of food brands and the protein, carbs and fats of the food as mine is only estimations and seems different to what's actually on the package. I am coming from My Fitness pal and wish there was some way I could combine these 2 apps together. The kj setting is a little confusing I've had my macros calculated with iffym and the nutrition setting values don't seem to align. Would be good if you could manually type them instead. Looks good and is interesting but I need better accuracy to track my food. Full Review

This app is nice but i don't like how it's constantly asking about our weight. In my opinion someone coukd get addicted (or what you would call it) to checking the numbers constantly and it could get unhealthy. I know it's your choice when to check it but it can happen to anyone using this app, or any app like this, and it would start to get unhealthy. I'm honestly just speaking my mind on this. I wanted to get premium, and I thought it would take the money out monthly so I would be able to cancel it as I please. But it took almost $50 out of my account and because I paid to PayPal guest it would allow me to get a refund the customer service is poor and I lost $48 dollars spool.... I'm very dissapointed Full Review

It's a good app. Love that it figures the calories for me. However I am disappointed that the seafood tracker doesn't reset each week. The daily trackers reset though. Would like to see just a meat tracker that resets weekly as I'm trying to limit how much meat I eat weekly. Full Review

This app is awesome , I use it everyday and it's really helped me keep track of everything i put in and out of my body. My only complaint is that is extremely lacking in exercises . I try to enter my workouts for the day and it doesn't even have some of the most basic workouts so I don't know how to log it in. Full Review

Lauren McDonald Published date: February 12, 2018

Overall it is a really great app. However, having to input new foods is very time consuming and it doesn't let you alter the serving size which is frustrating. If I ever have a couple cheat days in a row this app helps me to get back on track afterwards. Full Review

I would have given this app 5 stars but when I try and log food I have some problems. It seems as if once so many letters are entered it blanks out. I can see the screen change but nothing loads. I thought it was just the app on my android phone but then i checked the app on my IPad Pro and the same thing happens. If they could fix that I would definitely give it 5 stars. I actually bought the year because they have so many plans to choose from. Full Review

Rafaela Líbano Published date: February 9, 2018

I really love this app. I gave premium a try and am very pleased with it so far. With that being said, I find that creating a new food is very infuriating. The app asks that all the nutritional information should be input for 100g rather than serving size and that cannot be changed. It makes no sense whatsoever, since all nutritional information is shown for serving size, so the user has to do the maths to alter the numbers, instead of having the computer do it automatically. I love the layout and ended up buying a 3 month subscription when it was on sale, but I don't think I'll be renewing. There are so many inconsistencies in the rating system for foods (multiple different ratings for the exact same food). Limited options to connect to different apps (I use a garmin device and it will not sync with garmin connect). No option to turn off deducting calories from exercise. Limited diet options (none geared towards plant-based eaters) and no clear indication of what these diet options do. Full Review

Really nice user interface with really good recipes. Nice to see ketogenic eating taken on board in an app! Having used it for a little while now I don't know that i will renew next year as it is on the expensive side (in my own opinion) but the user interface is really nice and you can EASILY create your own meals etc. A very nice app. Full Review
