Very useful tool to chart your pain level, where it hurts and symptoms over time. You can add custom entries to the sections. I have tried many pain trackers. This is the only one I've used longer than five weeks. I highly recommend it. There is a note feature at the end in which I record barometric pressure, temperature, humidity and dew point to better understand if/how the weather affects my pain. The major downside, to me, is the daily reflection screen. While you can turn it off in settings, it sometimes comes back. It makes me suicidal to have how little I am able to accomplish each day shoved in my face. I cope with my lack of ability to do anything by not thinking about it. This feature would be better split off into its own app or offered as an add-on. Full Review

I love the app, but I have requested the sign up activation email several times and never got one. It would be fine if I could use all of the app features without it, but why pay for an app you can't use until you get an activation email that you never receive? I checked my spam folder and junk mail, made sure the email address was correct, still nothing. I tried to find a way to contact the creators but it isn't giving me that option. If I get that email I can give better feedback, but I won't until I get what I paid for. Full Review

I love it. It does everything I need so far. I've only had it for a week. I haven't tried to print anything out yet. But so far so good. Everyone who has anything wrong with them should have this app. It's also easy to add onto the lists to make it more for you. Full Review

Love this app! Helps me keep track of my trends, and helps me understand my flares, when I'm in one or out of one. I use it to document which meds I take when, and could potentially help me realize if maybe one isn't helping as much as it should. The only thing I can think of that I might like to see would be a section that picks up on the weather when you make a record. I've been doing this myself in the comments, but sometimes I forget, which can potentially wreck a trend. For example, yes, the weather may bother me, which is a selection you can make, but sometimes I can't always remember if its because it was cold, or storming, or even if the temperature was doing a lot of changing for a few days. Could it potentially pull info from a weather app that's already on the phone? Even just what the weather was doing (raining, snowing, clear, etc) and temp. Keep up the great work! Full Review

Wonderful app for tracking pain, probably the best but its reliance on report creation on server is frustrating. No report preview available so you can waist credits (money) on reports that are wrongly presented. Support request on reports has recently gone unanswered. What is becoming annoying to the point I am about to give up in this app is the lack of flexibilty to analyse and manipulate your own data. It seems you do not own any of your data. I some 500 + records and have no access to view them for trends. What seemef a great app...and it is for less friendly, transparent or flexible when it comes to managing your "own" data. The argument that the reports are what health professions want is ok but what about the user??? Full Review

I don't normally rate apps but this is wonderful. I haven't shown it to my primary care doctor yet but I'm sure she'll like it. It covers everything and is great for charting. This app does everything for you in terms of recording. I would normally journal but having this set up is much easier than self recording. Full Review
