Latest update broke the ability to select and install downloaded .APK files. Gives an application not available error when you tap on an .APK. Please fix! Full Review

I'm forced to dock 4 stars now (took off another as it's still not fixed) due to the recent loss of swipe-between-pictures within a folder😫 (even though I'm using QuickPic which has this ability), and the loss of a convenient paste button right at the top of the screen. Delving into menus to paste doesn't work for me. Also a third problem: the app reverts to the home directory EVERY time the app is navigated away from, with NO setting to change this behavior. (It used to remember where I was last and go back to that.) This app has been very useful and nearly perfect over the years. I hope I can say that again soon, but in the typical devil-could-care attitude app developers so often seem to have, I doubt it. I'll be looking for a new file browser. Full Review

Nice slim file manager This is a simple file manager with icons big enoug so that I can touch them with my thumb. Hence very agreable to look at, and with the included bookmarks you'll easily find your faviroutes. Only problem: It replaces the term "sdcard" with the symbol of an SD card in the path. That's really nice to look at, but I've got two SC card (/mnt/scard and /mnt/scdard2) so I can't tell them apart. Full Review

Claims non-empty directories are empty On Galaxy S 2 and Pixel, this app claims that the root directory / is empty. This is a lie; there are many files there, together forming an installation of Android. Looks like it needs an additional diagnostic: "You do not have permission to view the contents of this folder". Additionally, would be nice if it offered an option to use root to view/modify such directories, for those with rooted phones. Full Review

Useful file browser, easy to use, like that you can switch between a white and a black theme after the recent update. Keeps getting updated which makes it even better! Keep up the good work. Edit: for the past few months the app has ceased to work. Always says it's unable to do anything with the files when I try. Full Review

A nice, little, lightweight file manager. The app has a simple 'no-frills' design, and is ad-free, permission-lite and open source. It's designed for smartphones, though it might also be good on a phablet. Unsurprisingly, it would be rather basic for tablet use, unless you're the kind of user that prefers their apps spartan and minimalistic. Definitely worth taking for a spin. Full Review

PROS▶Simple clear UI that's easy to use. Does most file management tasks, (including on external SD card), with small footprint and minimal permissions. Also useful for creating shortcuts to folders. CONS▶Crashes every time Rename is attempted, and crashes randomly at other times. Often has graphic issues after long press to select. Not at all landscape friendly. Full Review

Exactly what I was looking for, small, simple, minimalistic. Does not require insane permissions and access to everything even things that are not related to storage and files. Not filled with annoying ads. You can Browse, cut, copy, paste, delete, rename, check details and/or view the file. I tried 10 different apps before I came by this one, all the big fancy names with millions of downloads and a lot of web articles. TWO THUMBS UP 👍👍 Full Review

It used to be good... One day, it stopped working. Now it can't create or modify files. The builtin bloatware file manager that came with my phone with the terrible interface still works, so I've been forced to go back to it. Deleting app. It was good while it lasted. Full Review

I was told that the app could hide file so that they would not show up in a file scan. I found the option to turn this on but no where do I find a way to set this attribute to a file or folder. This either doesn't work or very poorly explained on how to get this to work. Full Review

Great App. This app does exactly as promised. It even recovered photos I thought were gone due to my phone automatically deleted when it unexpectedly crashed. When I checked the picture folders in this app I was surprised to find all photos were there. To the Dev team Awesome work! Please add a device memory compression feature. It's been 5 mos since the last update was released. **Is this app still supported??** Full Review

Basic file manager, but why only list view? I'd prefer to have files in rows and columns, not a long vertical list. I deleted ES file explorer and opted for this because they've run the app in the ground. I'd really like a better view. Full Review
