Streets of Rage is my favorite game in the world. Why because I can remember the year of 1992 I was age 7 when this came out. One day my farther brought home a big duffle bag with the new sega genesis with about 40 - 60 games included. My brother, sister and I were so happy we played all night long. I even remember the Michael Jackson moon walker sega game and David Robinson basketball game. Sega Saturn is my all time favorite console out of all the other brands. After dream cast I stop buying game consoles there cool but Sega Forever! Full Review

I just can't believe it. If you were an original fan of this game and any good then you remember all the extra moves besides punch and kick. They are all here. Back to belly suplex, knees to the face and even Axel's back hand. Haven't tried two player yet, but I bet the team moves are still there. Great port from Sega. I agree that sometimes the controls don't respond, I would hope an external controller could fix all that. Full Review

One of the best games ever with the best work from Sega regarding flow and controls. It's really like playing the good old Mega Drive! Sega, you really should implement this layout and technology to all the other classic games. Sonic 2, for example, your main game, runs slow and doesn't have interface as clear and neat as this one (please work on it, it's really frustrating playing it the way it currently is). Again, congrats and thanks for SoR! Full Review

I liked everything about the game, even the touch controls which are surprisingly better than a lot of emulators offer. Where they missed the mark was not allowing to load a save while offline, even after you pay to remove ads. (btw you can play the game while offline but not your save, makes no sense!) Full Review

I would like thought, even the Bluetooth mode. I hope I can play to other game or to the next chapters 2 and 3. Same for golden axe, that unlucky doesn't have the multiplayer version at all :( Full Review

Sega, I bought all the Streets of Rage games back in the day. But you're network is ready screwing up any and all joy. How many times can't I load or save because of your network. If you know your network sucks, rather let us have local safe files. Unintalled. Full Review

Great job Sega, love it thank you for bringing it to Android. Small issue is the controls have some glitches. Sometimes when you press the button to punch it doesnt and kick same thing. Please fix the controls and its perfect. The buttons are spread out to much also. Overall great game love it. Full Review

It's a nigh on perfect conversion of one of my all time favourite games. Everything is as I remember. Only two things prevent it from being "perfect". The sound is out of sync quite badly. And if you stop playing to for example, answer a call, the game forgets and you have to start all over again. Full Review

I think nostalgia is behind my fondness for this game, but it's hard to replicate that original feeling. The controls are cramped, and I find myself hitting other buttons which detracts from the experience. The game is still fun though. Full Review

I have purchased this game but I still get adverts at the end when I quit the game. Also, I don't like it when I have to watch adverts to get special moves and continues since I have already paid for the game. If a person who has purchased the game should have the full game without any adverts and should not have watch adverts to get special moves and continues. It should have the special moves and continues in the full game without any adverts. Full Review

It's great appart from it doesn't work with my GameSir-T1 controller. The buttons are all mapped wrong and it doesn't recognise the D-pad. Having a menu for key re-mapping would very easily fix this. Here's hoping you can implement it soon! Full Review

This game is a classic. Very fun, and enjoyable. The only thing that is bad is the ad feature. I don't mind watching an ad or two, but when an ad pops up mid boss fight and cost me two lives then that's when it becomes annoying. Can you find someway to fix this? Full Review

Tried it. Tried to like it. I also play it with an emulator, which provides a better experience, so I know Sega can do better with the controls. And having to watch ads to save? Sad. When I did wait for an ad to finish, it hung up on the save and didn't work anyway. Full Review

Grew up playing SoR 2 and 3. This is pretty faithful, but the controls are limited. They work, but the buttons are really easy to fall off of. However, the obstruct your view a bit and definitely couldn't be bigger. Mobile is just not a great platform for this. Full Review

I love old classics like this. And for some strange reason it took me back to when I first ever played it. In an arcade in pathos in Greece. Stupid thing asks you if you want to watch an ad to save your game progress. Why not just show the stupid ad. You want to load a saved game? Would you like to watch an ad. If not basically you play from the beginning. Just don't make a free version of it. Just make a paid version. Full Review

As a game, this is a 90s legend. As a port, this is pretty solid. For a game with decent controls and semi-complex combos, they got it down pretty well. Sure it takes a little getting used to, moving from a Genesis controller to a touch screen, but once you get used to it it's great. Ads are a tad bit annoying but a simple buck is all it takes to fix that. Well worth the download if you remember this game, or just like classic fighting games in general. Full Review

The game is awesome! Always has been. I love the customization for the controls, however, I wish there was a way to position the controls outside the confines of right or left handedness. The largest setting for buttons are too small for people using their thumbs to play the game. The ads sometimes do not work when you're trying to load or save your progress which can be frustrating. I do plan on upgrading to ad-free version soon. Other than that, the game performs well and is still super fun on mobile! Great for the nostalgic gamer! EDIT: After upgrading to the ad-free version, the game felt much smoother. The experience is not completely ad-free if you wish to take advantage of the Rewards such as extra continues and extra special attacks. You have to watch a 30 second ad to get it regardless of whether you upgrade to ad-free or not. The rewards are optional though. Absolute worth the $2! Full Review

Just as awesome as you remember it. It is a little challenging playing on a mobile platform but so worth it to have this classic. I hope street of rage 2 is not going to be held back by some dumb ass music rights issue like sonic 3. Street of Rage 2 was the best in the series and I hope it's get the a good Android port like sonic 1 and 2. I'm only worry is the music in streets of rage 2 was as good as sonic 3 so I guess it may have issues of never getting release as well. So sad.... 4 starts because the controls need to be optimize for better performance. The Game is awesome!!! Full Review

I played this game as a kid with my sister. It's gotta be one of my fondest memories of childhood! It was really cool to take a walk down memory lane, but the controls felt a bit clunky.
