It's a cute little game, well worth the money. Word of warning: short af, with little replay value and no sense of a grind. Seems to be the Kurechii business model, added an extra star because their marketing strategy got me here from PostKnight and most lower reviews are whiny as hell. Full Review

Been playing Kingdom Rush games and was not a fan of the hero implementation. It works here with the different concept of a moving summoner and micro-managing the units around. Great aesthetics and very enjoyable as a cohesive experience! Full Review

The game is very good, but not perfect. It's like Kingdom Rush, but different; in a good way. A small error is that sometimes the units won't attack for a bit and just stand there. It's also a missed opportunity that you can't choose which specific enemy to attack. It's a missed opportunity for micro-managing, which would give more strategy options. Full Review

I don't like spending. But this was definitely worth the buy. I was lead here by Postknight, and I have to say both are really good games. Tiny Guardian has a little more complexity to it, though, and is a refreshing addition to the Tower Defense genre (although, to be honest, this game fits a micro-managing RPG more). Kudos, Kurechii~ Played two of your games and loved both of 'em! Full Review

The idea and execution are fantastic. The gameplay is fun and challenging, without being frustrating at the same time. Having active spells to aid you while you juggle resources makes combat fun and engaging, although sometimes when your heroes use their skills at the wrong time or in the wrong manner that is frustrating. Otherwise, a brilliant game that's a little bare bones in terms of things to do, but a wonderful little gem all the same. Full Review

Interesting and addictive. One of the first games I was excited to purchase. Kept reading about it was a short game or not much after completion, So I decided to give it a shot. Recommendations for future titles. -Remove the option to engage or wait. Interesting but hinders the challenge -Difficulties Easy, Normal, Hard, Guardian (maybe after game completion) -Replace upgrade animation to single unite (instead of full screen display) -Units Free, Grinding (gems/gold), IAP only -Hero summons -Card ranking system or higher level caps -Choose route to take -More unit classes (Dragoon, Sniper, Necromancer, Trickster etc) -IAP if you must it's only an issue when removing key parts of game then charge Truly amazing game. Obviously best to just make a TG 2 at this point. I can't stress enough though, that enemies should just attack at will. Full Review

Great game, as others have mentioned the controls can be finicky due to everything being kinda small. My one problem is that the trap skill doesn't seem to do anything! I place it, and nothing happens other than the cool down starting. Kurechii make some fantastic games, I came over to Tiny Guardians from Post Knight. Full Review

Has so much potential to be a franchise like Kingdom rush. I really like how this merges TD with game mechanics from battleheart, but has loads going for it that makes it really unique. For a sequel I would like to see other classes represented like 'necromancer' and maybe even some kind of mechanical soldier type or a dwarf that can plant mines/turrets. Full Review

The developer of this game is OBSESSED with 'slide to activate' controls. If you have any frame rate problems, a less than perfectly clean device screen, or less than perfectly dry fingertips, you WILL be misplacing spells, period. Of course there are ZERO OPTIONS WHATSOEVER, but hell, what should I expect for a paid game? Would adding a click to cast be that difficult? Full Review

It's an interesting spin on the classic TD genre, I'll give you that. It's uniqueness is about all the game has going for it. As many others mention, the small controls on a phone are tricky but I didn't find them to be impossibility so. Bosses are, well, boring. They all require the same strategy to defeat and are more of a chore than a pleasure to fight. Hurt them a little bit, dodge red spots on the ground, repeat until dead. Some units I found to be essential, others felt useless. To end on a positive note, the art style is lovely (even if many levels are dark) and there's a decent variety of enemies. Full Review

The game has a solid concept and stunning graphics, but some other aspects really brought the experience down. And most of the downside falls on UI and control. The buttons are so tiny, the words are so tiny. It's impossible to read the label of heroes to summon, it's impossible to read what's the upgrade cost. This game would be OK if played on PC with NOX, but on a small screen, it's not enjoyable. Want to swipe up that card to upgrade that low HP hero? Whoops, missed the card, the whole screen just flew away and your hero died. Want to circle heal your heroes when you just gathered them together? Whoops, missed the heal because I clicked on the damage skill instead. This is a mobile strategy game, not how accurate you can push small buttons game. A few other smaller complaints: game speed not adjustable/no check points. On longer levels and you lose to boss or you missed 3 stars, it really adds to the frustration that you just have to start over again. You can't skip or speed up. At the end of the day what matters is if the game is enjoyable, and for me, although the art and graphics are stunning, the poor UI and gameplay makes the experience frustrating. Full Review
